Stuart Hoggard

An IPPO member since 1996, Asia based Stuart has always taken a keen personal interest in packaging in the developing world and the problems of balancing Environmental Sustainability and Packaging Waste with Food Waste in the developing world where more than 50% of all food is wasted from farm to fork. Packaging, and the technologies that support it is the solution to world hunger.

IPPO Vice President

Pat Reynolds

An IPPO member since 1996, Pat has been a packaging journalist since 1983. He has covered a broad range of topics in packaging and continues to view packaging as a function that cuts horizontally across all consumer packaged goods companies as well as pharmaceutical and industrial manufacturers.
Since helping to launch Packaging World in 1994, he has focused a good deal on the Controls and Information Technology aspects of packaging machines and packaging lines

IPPO Secretary General

 Trina Tan, Ker Wei

As Secretary General of IPPO, Trina is the person to contact for membership matters.

Focussing on global and regional news that impact the Asian Packaging Industry, Trina has a particular interest in Southeast Asia, its countries’ economic progress and technological advancements, and trade relations with global giants China, Japan, Europe and the US.
She is always on the lookout for practical sustainability practices and solutions in the packaging supply-chain that can help her region develop responsibly and efficiently while tackling essential issues such as food safety and wastage.

IPPO Treasurer

 Andrew Manly

Having spent more than 30 years promoting packaging technology in various roles, his main focus as a member of IPPO is to facilitate the better understanding of machinery used in production and distribution, as well as the materials used in packaging.

Having visited 70+ countries to raise awareness of the value of packaging and the machinery it requires to fulfil its function, he sees a strong and active IPPO playing a vital part in this mission as well as ‘raising the bar’ on standards in packaging journalism.

Andrew works as a freelance packaging journalist.

As Treasurer he is the person to contact on money matters!
